friends of ours have a property in Noojee.
this weekend we spent the weekend with them. Mariola normally cooks but having lots of visitors over the summer she decided that one couple does one night and they do another. our friend Mariola is Polish and enjoys good food, so i always like cooking for them as a couple.
i prepeared most during the day before we left.
5 hour slow cooked pork with asian tones, autumnal roast vegetable salad, and Victoria's poached pears.
a great way to start the weekend.
