In melbourne where we live there is a large department store called MYer. every year they decorate the windows of their city store, depicting a christmas, book/theme/ story.
each year we go and have a look. my mum used to take me in evry year, we would catch the tram int the city "town" in iur good clothes and go and look at the myer windows and see santa and then we would go and visit dad at work. i loved this day as a kid and i hope my boys do too.
we had a great day we went into the city by train looked at the windows and then walked around alittle.
