we awoke to summer weather this morning.
the boys and i spent the morning playing Lego, a batch of yogurt and berry muffins, a quick supermarket shop, a trip to Bunnings for a holiday project( that we ran out of time to create today as we ended up spending the afternoon swimming.) and the usual chores, including an extra load of laundry for my lovely neighbour whose washing machine broke and as i handed the washing over the fence she gave me these beautiful sweet smelling gardenias from her garden.
the afternoon was spent rel;axing by the pool, swimming and reading. bliss.
