along the banks of the
yarra in
Warrandyte this weekend was the 10
th annual pottery exp0. there were over 50 stallholders from surrounding areas, interstate and overseas. there was some amazing pieces of art as well as great functional pieces.
the
manningham arts centre had a stall where
people could explore and make things from clay. after about 2 hours Hugo had created 7 masterpieces, ranging from a penguin, elephant, snowmen, people, and faces. it was a great
afternoon and the boys had fun exploring the clay medium.
the
manningham arts centre run holiday classes with clay, which i think we might have to look at.

It sounds like a great day. I will have to keep an eye at for it next time it's on.
I once joined the Toowoomba pottery assoc back in my uni days, I absolutely loved it.
And what a great fun day for your boys.
